Stephen R. Hendricks, CPA is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College where he received his B.A degree in accounting. Mr. Hendricks is the managing partner of the accounting and consulting firm of Hendricks & Gillespie, P.C. He has over 23 years of public accounting experience. Mr. Hendricks' experience includes corporate and partnership taxation for a diverse group of clients and not-for-profit accounting and taxation. Christopher L. Gillespie, CPA is a shareholder in the accounting and consulting firm of Hendricks & Gillespie, P.C. His experience includes accounting and auditing; primarily for-profit, governmental, non-profit, and employee benefit plans as well as experience in taxation of corporate, partnership, non-profit entities and individuals. In addition he is involved in the consulting, installation, and training in accounting systems. His professional affiliations include the American institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He also currently holds the designation of a Quickbooks Professional Advisor. He received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa and also holds an associate degree in general education. Prior to joining the firm he received significant audit consulting and taxation experience as a manager in a regional accounting firm located within the state of Alabama.
